Last updated: September 28, 2026. These terms apply when you visit or buy from The Stock Switch ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All orders are placed and paid through Shopify's secure checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Featured drops rotate every 3 days; products may stay available, return, or sell out based on supplier stock.

Shipping

Many items ship directly from our suppliers, some from overseas. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. See our Shipping page for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Product information

We try to describe products and show photos accurately, but colors and details can vary slightly. Products are for general personal use and are not medical devices; they are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. All site content belongs to The Stock Switch or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where The Stock Switch operates.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
