Where is my order?

After checkout, Shopify emails you an order confirmation. Tracking is sent by email once your order ships. Check your spam folder too.

Can I return or exchange something?

How does shipping work?

Why did an item disappear?

Products rotate every 3 days. Check the Drop calendar or sign up for the drop alert. Favorites sometimes come back by demand.

Is there a discount code?

We don't have one right now. Any real offer will show on this site. We never send codes by text or DM.

Is it safe to pay?

Yes. Payment happens on Shopify's secure checkout. We never ask for your card details, passwords, or payment by email, text, or DM.
